Questions
What does a clip cost?
The template’s length in seconds times 12.5 credits for the default model. The generator shows the figure for the template you pick before you generate.
Do credits expire?
Pack credits are valid for 365 days. Monthly plan credits are granted each month and expire when that month ends; they do not roll over. A yearly plan grants the whole year’s credits at once, and they expire when the year ends.
Do I get credits back if a generation fails?
Yes. If a generation fails, the credits come back automatically. A finished clip that plays but that you do not like is still charged.
Can I cancel a plan?
Yes, at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
